US BY NIGHT

First presented at Us By Night, the remaining prints have now found their way online!

Two hands, held together as if in prayer, ask to be carried in your memory, alongside all the other images you already hold. Made with gratitude to the Us By Night community, where that big, ongoing conversation of making and sharing comes alive, so the thought can pass from one person to the next, one drawing at a time.

Sebastián Curi (b. 1986) is a Latin American artist and illustrator originally from Argentina, now based in Barcelona. He's known for his bold, colourful, and playful visual style, often featuring exaggerated human figures and hand gestures with thick outlines and vibrant palettes.

Curi started his career in animation and worked with major studios before transitioning into illustration and fine art. His work spans commercial illustration, murals, posters, clothing collaborations, branding, gallery pieces, and editorial work. He often explores themes of human behavior, emotion, and pop culture, all with a distinctly graphic, almost cartoonish aesthetic that blends digital polish with painterly texture.

He has collaborated with global brands like Apple, Nike, and The New York Times, and has shown in galleries internationally. His visual language is immediately recognizable and has become influential in contemporary illustration and graphic design circles.
